Whether your requirements are motor, including commercial vehicle, motorcycle, home, travel or business insurance we have access to a huge range of General Insurance products from many Insurers. For some types of insurance, we deal exclusively with single insurers and you will be informed of this at the time. We have selected them on the basis that they offer good value for money and service. We will give you full details of any such arrangements before you make any commitment on any product we offer you. For most types of insurance we arrange the insurance for you with the insurer and we issue the policy. Once your policy has been set up, we will help you with on-going changes and assist you with any claims you make. You can arrange your cover over the phone or call in and talk to us face to face at our offices. For commercial insurances we can come and visit you to ensure we cover all your needs , and nothing that isn’t needed or wanted. Personal face to face service is so important, especially if you need to claim or have an unusual request. In these days of impersonal call centres and the internet minefield you may really appreciate the difference.
